We do try our best to make sure the images, descriptions, colors, and details of the products shown on our website are correct. However, there can be some slight difference in color, texture, embroidery, and position because of lighting effect, screen setting, and the handmade nature of the products. Such a difference is natural in handmade Chikankari and cannot be considered as defects.

Products are available subject to their availability. We may change the contents, price, and availability of any product at any point of time without any notice. Though we always try to keep the prices up-to-date, Ethnava retains the right to cancel any order in case of mistake in pricing and product details.

After placing an order, you get a receipt of the same at your registered contact details. Ethnava reserves the right to cancel or reject an order in certain situations like unavailability of the product, payment problems, inaccurate information, any fraud or any other legitimate reasons.

Ethnava is a brand which is operated by Balaji Handicrafts Pvt. Ltd. It should therefore be understood that all purchases made through Ethnava will have invoices or bills issued to the name Balaji Handicrafts Pvt. Ltd. The name Balaji Handicrafts Pvt. Ltd. may therefore appear in your invoices, payment receipts, shipping documentation or any other purchase-related document. This should not impact your experience as an Ethnava customer.

Products will be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of checkout. The delivery period is an estimate and can differ according to location, courier partner, climatic conditions, public holidays, or any other factor which we cannot control. Please provide correct delivery address and contact details at the time of checkout.

Ethnava offers exchanges only. The exchange request shall be raised within 36 hours from delivery, subject to the terms and conditions defined in our Exchange Policy. The products should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and should be having all original tags and packaging. Products which are customized, altered, washed, worn, or have become damaged after delivery cannot be exchanged.

All the content of the Ethnava website like photographs, videos, product descriptions, designs, graphics, logo, text, and any other creative work are owned by Ethnava or has been used by the company with proper permission. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without proper authorization from Ethnava.

You agree to defend, protect, and hold harmless Ethnava, its officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses that may arise out of any misuse of the website, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, as per applicable law.
